 Jan McGrath began her career in interior design 15 years ago, when, while working at Walt Disney Imagineering in Project Management, she realized her passion lay in design details of themed restaurants and ride attractions rather than project scheduling, budgeting and estimating. Listening to her intuition with the encouragement of her late step-father, she established her own specialty custom ceramic tile retail showroom. She later enrolled in UCLA's Architecture and Design Program which has complimented her MBA education. The combination of having a design experience for 13 years, added with a design education and a business degree, allowed Jan to be involved with complex projects for residences, hotels, restaurants, casinos, hospitals and other public spaces.
Unbeknownst to her, Jan was often called upon commercial projects to not only be a ceramic or custom mosaic tile source, but to lend her design and business knowledge. Jan had found that her expertise in a specialty ceramic tile business had appealed to many of her clients in which a momentum of clients began requesting Jan to help design, select, project manage their kitchen and/or bathroom remodel.

Jan's business evolved from a specialty ceramic tile showroom to include interior design services which include:
